Acceptance of Orders

  • All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below.

  • The customer accepts these conditions by using the Composite Colour Pty Ltd website specified software platform and website. We use third party software to upload your order to us. In order to download the software you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that software.

Copyright Provisions

  • Composite Colour Pty Ltd is not liable for any images or materials submitted to the website for printing. The client [you] are solely responsible for all copyright issues relating to your order.

  • Composite Colour Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for the contents of the file you submit.

  • By ordering from Composite Colour Pty Ltd you are solely responsible for any unauthorised use of images or copyright material. Composite Colour Pty Ltd will not and cannot verify the origin of any material submitted for printing, and the submission of your order implies that you will observe and be solely liable for all copyright, trademark, privacy and other image and copyright licensing laws, or other applicable laws of Australia and or the country[s] in which you will be distributing the final printed product.

Liability is Limited

  • Composite Colour Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for the quality of any images submitted. Composite Colour Pty Ltd makes clear that the quality of the prints bound in the albums ordered will not be better than the computer screen quality of the images.

  • You are solely responsible for the proofing and verification of the images and text in your order. Composite Colour's liability will only extend and be limited to production and shipping of the product, not the lack of image resolution, inaccurate text, incorrect mailing address or other errors submitted by you.

  • We print orders as they are - Meaning, we will process the order according to how it was received and will make no adjustments to the order so please make sure you use the quality indicator when preparing your order to ensure your image quality is suitable for your order.

Delivery time

  • All orders are dispatched within 10 working days and are sent by Australia Post or our nominated carrier. If for whatever reason delivery will be delayed we will contact you, however a delay in delivery will not accepted as a reason for an order cancellation or request for any form of compensation.

Refunds

  • Your order is unique to you and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order free of charge. No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • Composite Colour takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

  • Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Composite Colour does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Check and Double Check before placing your order:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, poor quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors, errors in choice of order parameters such as paper quality and finish requirements, damages occurring after order is received by the customer are the responsibility and liability of the customer.

  • Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Composite Colour Pty Ltd is not responsible for client errors and does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Use of the Website is at Your own risk

  • Subject to these terms, You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from Your downloading of software, use of, or access to data, files, information, Content, or other material on or through the Website. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL COMPOSITE COLOUR PTY LTDBE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GOODWILL OR OTHER EXPECTATION BENEFIT OR LIABILITY TO ANY THIRD PARTY, THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON IT OR THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.

Disputes

  • Where a dispute arises, the laws of the State of Victoria will govern the legal relationship between the parties. The customer agrees that the forum of choice will be that of the State of Victoria.
